Buying a generator set is a specification exercise before it is a purchase exercise. Get the specification wrong and no amount of after-sales service recovers the cost. Our engineering team supports customers through specification, installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Specification support
We build on Cummins, Perkins, Volvo, MTU, Mitsubishi, Weichai and Yuchai platforms. Selecting between them depends on duty cycle, load profile, ambient conditions, emissions requirements and parts availability in your region — we work through those questions with you before a quotation is issued.
Altitude and ambient temperature derating, enclosure choice, fuel tank runtime, cable sizing and AMF panel requirements are all specification decisions. Our RFQ checklists exist so none of them are discovered late.
Through-life support
Support continues after delivery: installation guidance, maintenance planning, spare parts documentation, and fault diagnosis. All sets are built to ISO 9001 procedures with CE / EPA documentation, and carry a standard warranty of twelve months or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first. Extended warranty packages of up to five years are available for purchase.
We also support OEM and customised configurations.
