Lead times
Standard configurations typically ship within 15 to 20 working days. Actual lead time depends on the model and specification — some ratings and configurations are quoted at 7 to 15 working days and others at 15 to 25, so confirm the figure for your exact unit when you place the order.
Customised builds, non-standard voltages, and special enclosures add time. If your project has a fixed commissioning date, tell us at quotation stage so the schedule is realistic.
Packing, lifting and shipment
Sets are packed for export with lifting and lashing points specified in the shipping documentation. Before dispatch we run factory acceptance testing and record the results, so you have a documented performance baseline before the unit leaves our facility.
Shipping documents accompany every export order. Check them against your import requirements early — documentation mismatches are the most common cause of avoidable delay at destination.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance paid before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed at quotation stage for established accounts and larger projects.
